I'm not the therapist for Oregon Track Cub Elite. With that, I fly over to Flagstaff Arizona with the team to work on the athletes. Nice to have a bit of Irish over there in the form of Ciaran O Lionaird. He's bringing the Barry's tea over from Macroom, Co Cork!
So while I'm waiting to meet up with him over him Flagstaff, I'm living with the rest of the OTC team and as you can see the view is spectacular. Oregon makes you want to run!
